Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), rendered January 6, 1992, convicting him of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The record establishes that the defendant voluntarily and intelligently waived his right to raise on appeal all issues except those relating to the jurisdiction of the court and the propriety of his negotiated sentence.
