This is an appeal by Alma Christon (debtor) from an Order of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas which dismissed her Preliminary Objection to Yenue in an assumpsit action brought against her by appellee, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA). We affirm.
