MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

This action alleges a variety of claims arising from plaintiffs employment, suspension, and removal from employment as a postal worker with the United States Postal Service (USPS) in Topeka, Kansas. Defendants are: Marvin Runyon as Postmaster General of the USPS and Moe Biller as President of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU). Both Runyon and Biller are being sued in their official capacities.
