Hart, C. J.,

(after stating the facts). One opinion will suffice, for each deed of trust contains the same description of the land, and the court held that the description ¡of the property was so indefinite that no lien was created by the execution of the deed of trust.

It is first contended that the description of the property as an undivided interest in the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 19, and northeast quarter of northwest quarter of section 31, the south half of the southwest quarter of section 30, all in township 19, range '20 west, is too indefinite, and renders…
