Garvin Dale White was convicted by a jury on nine counts contained in an indictment charging violation of various sections of the Health and Safety Code involving dangerous drugs. (Health & Saf. Code, §§ 11912, 11911, 11530.5, 11500 and 11910, and conspiracy to violate Health & Saf. Code, § 11912 in violation of Pen. Code, § 182.)
