WELLBORN, District Judge.

This is a suit to quiet complainant in the title to and possession of certain land situated in Fresno county, Cal., t o wit, the B. W. 1- of section 20, township 19 S., range 15 E. Mt. Diablo base and meridian, and to restrain defendants from prosecuting mining development and work on said land.
