Plaintiff, during the month of - December, 1928, while employed as a “faller” in a logging camp, suffered a comminuted fracture of the pelvis and other severe injuries as the result of being struck by a “wind-fall”, because of which injuries he was, up to and including the month of June, 1929, totally disabled and unable to perform any manual labor. Plaintiff, feeling that he was not recovering as he should from his injuries, decided to go to Seattle to consult a physician who had treated him for an injury received prior to the December accident.
