GLASSMAN, Justice.

Warren Marr appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Lincoln County, entered on the jury’s verdict finding him guilty of four counts of gross sexual misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253(1)(B) (1983), and four counts of unlawful sexual contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255(1)(C) (1983). On appeal, Marr contends the trial court erred in its denial of his motions for a bill of particulars and for a judgment of acquittal.
