Appellant took the fee simple title to 27.2 acres from one Jeannette Becker •Lenygon together with certain construction easements over her lands consisting of approximately 580 acres >being used for agricultural purposes. This was right-'of-way for construction of Interstate Highway No. 40, a controlled access highway in St. Francis County, Arkansas.
