Beversing.

Merada Castle was killed in September, 1906, in a eoal mine operated in tbis State by tbe Acrogen Coal Company, a West Virginia corporation whose chief office and principal place of business was in this State. In August, 1907, his administrator brought this action against the Acrogen Coal Company and the Northeast Coal Company to recover damages for his death, charging that it was caused by the negligence of the Acrogen Coal Company.
