This case comes to this court by writ of error to the superior court of Cook county to review a judgment of that court confirming an award of the Industrial Commission for compensation for the death of Roy E. Fetty, an employee of plaintiff in error. The injury resulting in death was received by Fetty while in the course of his employment as a taxi driver.
