Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Best, J.), entered December 11, 1996 in Montgomery County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to, inter alia, annul a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mohawk denying petitioner’s request for an area variance.
