This ease comes before the United States Court of Federal Claims1 on petitioner’s mo*14tion, as filed by John R. Brydon, counsel of record for petitioner, to review the decision of Special Master Elizabeth Wright, dated June 2, 1993, regarding a claim filed pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Compensation Program (hereinafter “Vaccine Program”).2
