COBEY, J.

Charles Lee Johnson appeals from a judgment of conviction of possession of heroin.1 (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500.) The issues presented are whether the trial court was correct in denying appellant disclosure of the confidential informer’s identity and whether the search that uncovered the heroin was constitutional. In this connection appellant contends that his arrest, to which the search was incidental, was without probable cause.
