This case is before me again. This time on demurrer to the complaint. The only ground of demurrer pressed in the argument is want of jurisdiction in the court.
The case is here on removal from the circuit court of Crawford county, Ark. The contention is that under Interstate Commerce Act Feb. 4, 1887, c. 104, 24 Stat. 379 (U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3154), *421and amendments thereto (Act June 29, 1906, c. 3591, 34 Stat. 384 [U. S. Comp.
