Reversing.

The appellees, as beneficiaries of a $5000 life insurance policy carried by their father, Andrew Leitner, in the Inter-Southern Life Insurance Company, sued appellant (hereinafter often referred to as the Company) to recover the amount of the policy after the death of the insured.
