BE&K Construction Company sued Will & Grundy Counties Building Trades Council (“Trades Council”) AFL-CIO, and International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150 (“Local 150”) under Section 303 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 187 (“LMRA”), alleging that the defendants illegally threatened a secondary picket and that these threats caused BE&K to lose construction jobs.
