This bill seeks to subrogate complainant, an incorporated insurance company, to the *327rights of the owner of one hundred and three bales of cotton, burned while in the constructive possession of the defendant railway company, under bills of lading issued therefor, and which' were covered at the time of the fire, as is alleged, by an open policy issued by complainant to the owner, the Thorndike Company, of Massachusetts.
