Pending before the Court are defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law, motion for new trial, motion to alter or amend judgment (Docket No. 68) and plaintiffs motion for attorney fees (Docket No. 71). The plaintiff here, Jaymie Quig-ley, filed a lawsuit against the defendant, Dale Winter, under Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § § 3601 et seq.
