MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes to be heard on the motion of The Boatmen’s National Bank of St. Louis (the “Bank”) for an order directing the trustee William A. Brandt, Jr. (the “Trustee”) to turn over to the Bank the sum of $17,334.00. 1 In addition, the Trustee filed a motion to strike the Bank’s surreply memorandum in support of the motion for turnover. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court having considered all of the pleadings and exhibits thereto does hereby deny the motion for an order directing the Trustee to turn over the sum of $17,334.00.…
