Credit Insurance Consultants, Inc. (CIC), Conley Insurance Group (Conley) and American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc. (TAPAS) brought a consolidated complaint against Gerling Global Re insurance Company of America (Gerling), Insurance Administration Services, Inc.(IAS), and American National Property and Casualty Company (ANPAC).
