OPINION
WEINFELD, District Judge.
Whatever the merits bf plaintiff’s antitrust claims, he has set forth sufficient facts in his opposing affidavit to withstand the defendants’ mbtion for summary judgment and dismissal of his complaint,1 except as to the so-called Coulter defendants, Koch (sued herein as “Coeh”), and Goulekas.
