Plaintiff Alvis Brown (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against Defendants Baldwin Union Free School District and Baldwin Union Free School District Board of Education (together, “Defendants”), asserting claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e ei seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“ § 1981”); and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
