11 Appellant Lance Harjo appeals his conviction by a Polk County jury of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, maintaining a drug premises, illegal use of a communication device, possession of a defaced firearm, and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
