This is a civil action brought by Gunther Schmid and Erich Stahlschmidt, citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany, and ATS Leichtmetallrader (hereinafter “ATS”), a corporation jointly owned by Schmid and Stahlschmidt and organized and existing under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The plaintiff Erich Stahlschmidt is now deceased.
