Plaintiff Adams Dairy Company filed this suit against the defendant Union and its- officers, Clifford A. Poteet and Leo W. Baker, to prevent a threatened strike and picketing at plaintiff’s dairy plant located at Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri. The defendants filed a cross bill asking the court to enjoin plaintiff from violating a labor contract signed by the Union and plaintiff and for a mandatory injunction ordering plaintiff to carry out the terms of the contract and to reinstate union members in their positions under the terms of the contract.
