STEELE, Justice:
Daniel Hunter appeals the Superior Court’s order that denied his motion to suppress cocaine police seized from him during a pat-down search. Following a bench trial, the trial judge found Hunter guilty of trafficking in cocaine and possession with intent to delivery and sentenced him to six years at Level V. 1 Hunter filed a timely notice of appeal.
