S.J. (“the mother”) appeals from a judgment of the Limestone Juvenile Court terminating her parental rights as to a minor child, P.J. (“the child”), born to the mother in 1999.
In April 2009, the Limestone County Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) filed a petition in the juvenile court seek*305ing the termination of the parental rights of the mother as to the child.
