MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the debtors’ motion to extend the time in which the debtors shall have the exclusive right to file plans of reorganization. The debtors’ motion is vigorously opposed by the Unsecured Creditors Committee, the Official Creditors Committee of Asbestos Related Plaintiffs, the Legal Representative, and the Senior Noteholders.
