LAWSON, Justice.

In action for personal injury and property damage, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting plaintiff’s motion for new trial.

Plaintiff sued seeking damages for personal injury and property damage sustained in a motor vehicle collision allegedly caused by negligence and wanton conduct of defendants in operating a motor vehicle, a farm tractor, at or near the intersection of U.S. Highway 231 and the River Road.
