Appellant, Daniel Dodson, appeals from the trial court’s granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Joe Taylor, Mabel Taylor, and J.A. Taylor, Inc. (“J.A. Taylor”). The trial court ruled that appellant’s claim was a derivative action based solely upon a workers’ compensation claim against appellees. The trial court further found that any claim against appellees was barred by the two-year statute of limitations for filing a workers’ compensation claim, pursuant to Ark.
