In an action, in effect, for replevin and to recover damages for conversion, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schneier, J.), dated August 13, 2008, *645which denied his motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and granted the plaintiffs cross motion for leave to amend the complaint to add causes of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
