Plaintiff Denise Taylor ("Taylor") brought this action against Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the "Commissioner"), *887for review of the denial of her applications for disability insurance benefits ("DIB") under Title II of the Social Security Act, and supplemental security income benefits ("SSI") under Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
