Roy Lewis Rogers appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). He challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence, arguing that the police exceeded the scope of their search warrant authorizing them to search for “photos of [a minor child]” when they seized and later viewed a videotape.
