McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge.

The Labor Board here seeks enforcement of its order in a case where admittedly the national labor organization of which the local charging union is an affiliate did not file certain documents, operational and financial statements with the Secretary of Labor; furnish its members copies of the required financial report and have their officers submit affidavits that they are not members of the Communist Party as called for by Sections 9(f), (g), and (h) of the Act 1 until after the filing of the original and first amended charge.
