This appeal is from a decree in a declaratory judgment action holding that a policy of insurance issued by appellant, Continental National American Group, a Corporation (complainant below), affords primary covage for respondents, Harry Lee Ellis, Jr., and Harry Lee Ellis, Sr., and that respondent, Alabama Farm Bureau Mutual Casualty Insurance Company, is not liable to Harry Ellis, Jr., and Harry Ellis, Sr., unless and until damages are awarded against them in…
