2Per curiam

Lawrence Higgins appeals from an order of the District Court dismissing his amended complaint with prejudice. For the following reasons, we will summarily affirm.

Higgins is incarcerated in the State of Texas. His adult son, Jared Higgins, died in Pennsylvania on December 28,2012, and upon his death, the Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home of Hazelton, Pennsylvania undertook to make arrangements for disposing of Jared’s remains.
