I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Lawrence and Susan Sarlo bring this action against Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., alleging that Defendant induced Plaintiffs to stop making their monthly mortgage payments so that Plaintiffs could qualify for a loan modification, but later foreclosed on Plaintiffs’ home without ever providing the promised modified loan or even evaluating Plaintiffs for the modified loan.
