Appellant, Antoine Sloan (“defendant”), appeals the judgment of conviction entered by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County after a jury found him guilty of the class A felony of second degree drug trafficking, RSMo section 195.223.8(2).1 The trial court found defendant to be a prior and persistent offender and sentenced him to twelve years imprisonment. We affirm.
