DONNELLY, Judge.

Appellant, Moses Young, Jr., was convicted on three counts of capital murder by a jury in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis and was sentenced to death. Following rendition of judgment and imposition of sentences, an appeal was perfected to this Court. This Court has exclusive jurisdiction under Mo. Const, art. Y, § 3.
