United States v. Durham
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
BYE, Circuit Judge.
Michael Durham appeals the sentence of 151 months’ imprisonment he received from the district court after pleading guilty to knowingly receiving child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). Durham contends the district court erred by applying a two-level enhancement for distributing child pornography pursuant to United States Sentencing Guidelines Manual (U.S.S.G.) *923§ 2G2.2(b)(3)(F). He also challenges certain conditions of supervised release imposed by the district court. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
