This is a claim for the appropriation of claimant’s land pursuant to section 30 of the Highway Law, as made applicable by title 1 of article 5 of the Public Authorities Law, which proceeding is described as Power Authority of the State of New York, Niagara Power Project, Oneida County, Niagara-Adirondack Tie Line, Town of Whitestown, Map No. OWH 1134, Parcel No. 1136.
