The question here presented is whether there was evidence which would warrant the finding by a jury that the plaintiff, the payee and holder of a note for $58,500, at some time after the note was delivered made *225an agreement with two accommodation indorsers thereof to sell collateral which they had deposited with the plaintiff as security and to apply the proceeds to the note.
