On February 27, 2015, Plaintiff/Defendant-in-Counterclaim Rosario Klevisha commenced this civil action in the Middle-sex Superior Court in Massachusetts for predatory lending and wrongful foreclosure on the property located at 52 Kings Field Road, Dracut, MA (“the Property”).
