Grand Sport Auto Body (Employer) petitions for review of the Order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that affirmed the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Referee (Referee) finding that Andrew Terrell (Claimant) was not ineligible for unemployment compensation (UC) benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 The Board determined that because Claimant’s last absence was justified, Claimant’s absenteeism did not rise to the level of willful misconduct.
