—This suit was brought by H. A. and J. 0. Langford against the appellant, a corporation organized under the laws of Texas.
The plaintiffs alleged in substance that defendant, being a canal and irrigation company, contracted with plaintiffs to irrigate for them 450 acres of land in the year 1900 and 475 acres during the year 1901, which was to be .planted in rice by plaintiffs.
