Estate of Tessier

The facts of this application, as shown by petition and proof are that Joanna Tessier died testate on or about the twelfth day of January, 1884, in said city and county of San Francisco, leaving real and personal property therein, and being at the time of her death a resident thereof ; that said deceased left a will, which was duly admitted to probate by said court on the eleventh day of February, A.
