The next friend of the minor plaintiff was his mother, who admittedly is in all respects a proper person to act in that capacity. Unless affirmatively shown for some reason to be unsuitable, a parent above all others is a proper person to be appointed guardian of, or to act as next friend for, a minor over whom, as natural guardians, parents as provided in Section 10507-8, General Code, have the unqualified supervision and control.
