Defendant, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c), was bound over for trial following a preliminary examination on October 2, 1985, and October 17, 1985. On May 20, 1986, defendant moved to suppress the evidence seized during the execution of a proper search warrant on the grounds that MCL 780.655; MSA 28.1259(5) had not been complied with.
