Defendant appeals by leave granted from an order of the circuit court that denied his motion to suppress items seized in a search conducted pursuant to a search warrant. Defendant also appeals as of right from his conviction and sentence following his conditional plea of guilty to a charge of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. The appeals were consolidated. Defendant was sentenced to two to ten years’ imprisonment. The sole issue presented in these appeals is the propriety of the circuit court’s denial of the motion to suppress.…
